Every product we manufacture is designed to meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer's specifications. Beyond this, we guarantee your satisfaction with either product replacement or refund.
Ordering & Conditions of sale
4CHROM, Inc. accepts most major credit cards as indicated at time of order. In addition, you may receive an account number after credit approval and begin placing orders using purchase order numbers. All orders are net 30 days from the date of invoice, FOB Raleigh, North Carolina USA. Shipping and handling are prepaid and added to each invoice. One may now place orders via the internet, by phone, by fax or by mail. There are no minimum order requirements for most products.
Returns
No returns will be accepted more than 90 days after shipment. If it has been less than 90 days, please contact 4CHROM, Inc. to receive a 'Return Materials Authorization' (RMA) number. This RMA number must accompany the returned goods.
IMPORTANT! Damaged shipments must remain with the original packaging for freight company inspection.
Distributed products will also be subject to the 'Return Policies' in effect from the manufacturer in question (some manufacturer's returns are subject to restocking charges).

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped UPS Ground usually within 24 hours of receiving the order.
